Results and Analysis:
The chart below shows the DNA results that have currently been reported back from Family Tree DNA. The adminstrators have used color shading to try to highlight similarities. The results have been grouped in a fashion to help indicate where there are likely to be family relationships.
Each DNA test is associated by Family Tree DNA with a unique kit number. The kit number in the charts below is a link to the Member's Personal Page. The Personal Page provides the genealogical results submitted by the Member along with a DNA analysis provided by the Study administrators. Currently, the kit is also associated with the name of the Member's Earliest Known Ancestor. If you see an ancestor that you are familiar with, you may want to pay more attention to that result.
Click on the Kit Numbers below to see the associated Member genealogy. |

R1b1 |
Backbone Test - Haplogroup value is derived based on an SNP Backbone Test by FTDNA. Additional SNPs need to be analysed. |
| |

Pre-2008 Standard - Haplogroup value is measured based on a Deep Clade Test performed by FTDNA before 2008 Y-DNA Standard.
Additional SNPs need to be analysed. |

29 |
Difference noted for fast mutating allele. Differences may have less genealogical significance. |
| |
29 |
Difference noted for slow mutating allele. |
| |
|
No value for this allele was observed. Normally used with for 464e and 464f. |
| |
|
Ordered. Data has been ordered and awaiting report from FTDNA. |
| |
 |
| Group NEW - New Members Waiting for DNA Results (5 members) |
These members have submitted their DNA sample to FTDNA and FTDNA has not finished processing their sample or reported the results. They will be moved to their appropriate Family or Group when the data is entered. |

| Group 111 - Haplogroup I1 - Unassigned Members (3 members) |
These are the members who can not be assigned to one of the recognized families.
The family grouping is based on Haplogroup assignment (measured or predicted) only.
Our strategy is to create a family when two or more sets of DNA results, for 25 or more markers, report a close enough match so that a common ancestor is likely within the last 400-600 years.
If there is a paper trail genealogy that suggests that a member belongs to one of the recognized family but the DNA does not match, we will create a new "x" family. For example, if a member, based on traditional research, is in Family 1, but their DNA does not match the people of Family 1, they will be placed in Family 1x.
If you have any questions or suggestions for placement, please contact the administrators. |

| Group 411 - Haplogroup R1b1 - Unassigned Members (7 members) |

| Group 611 - Haplogroup R1b1b2e, g, or h - Unassigned Members (5 members) |
