1. "Early West Tennessee Marriages" lists William Davidson to Mehala Rhea on Jul 20, 1834, Licence #690, Shelby County, TN. George Davidson posted Security Bond and Services performed by L. Dunn, J.P. [I believe that "Rhea" is incorrect and her true last name was "Ralph".]
2. William and family were enumerated in the 1840 AR census, Conway County, AR page 68 (one male under 5, one male 20-30; one female under 5,one female 20-30).
3. William and family were enumerated in the 1850 AR census, PulaskiCounty, Gray Twp., dwg 290.
4. William and family were enumerated in the 1860 AR census, Pulaski County, Mineral Twp., Bayou Meta Post Office, p. 76. On this census,Mahala's name is spelled Matilda.
5. William must have died before 1870 as he was not enumerated with wife and family in 1870.
6. William apparently moved his family from Tennessee to Arkansas between 1837 and 1839.

3. George (G.W.) and family were enumerated in the 1880 AR census,Pulaski County, ED 157, p. 2, Gray Twp. George's wife Ester was not enumerated so apparently died prior to 1880.
4. "Early Pulaski County Marriages" - It is very possible that this G. W.Davidson married Adelia E. Holt on Oct 9, 1881, Book 5, page 468.
