One Daughter, Talitha Kate.

Lunsford Lane had one surviving son, Benjamin Boone, and no daughters. Two sons, James Patton (died aged 2) and William L(ane?) (died age 11). Benjamin Boone had three sons, Lunsford Cleighborn, Daniel Boone, and John Quincy, and a number of daughters.

BB's family settled in northwestern Oklahoma from southwestern Missouri. The preponderance of Davidson’s are still in that area with some moved into Texas.

Lunsford Cleighborn had one surviving son, Benjamin Cleighborn, Walter Calvin (died age 6); and two daughters.

Daniel Boone had eight sons, John Edward, Don Eugene, Jerry, Boone Leon, Ted, Wayne James, Max, Dan Jr., and numerous daughters.

John Quincy two sons, John Max and Benjamin Clifford.

The first name of John used in my line from John Quincy to my son "Joe" is from Phebe Simmon’s father.

Haplogroup Shading Code: Note: all Haplogroup values are reported based on latest Y-DNA Haplogroup Standard nomenclature.
We update these results as the Standard is changed (usually every 1-2 years).
R1b1    Predicted - Haplogroup value is predicted by FTDNA based on marker values.
R1b1    Backbone Test - Haplogroup value is derived based on a now obsolete SNP Backbone Test by FTDNA. Additional SNPs need to be analysed.
R1b1    Earlier Standard - Haplogroup value is measured based on a Deep Clade Test performed by FTDNA based on earlier
Y-DNA Haplogroup Standard. Additional new SNPs need to be analysed.
R1b1    Current Standard - Haplogroup Value is measured based on a Deep Clade Test performed by FTDNA to latest Y-DNA Haplogroup Standard.

Allele Shading Code: Codes to show exceptions to family highlighting based on differences between your results and Predicted Ancestral Haplotype.
Please note that some alleles have been designated as Fast Mutators - this means that changes in their values MAY have less genealogical significance.
29    Difference noted for fast mutating allele. Differences may have less genealogical significance.
29    Difference noted for slow mutating allele.
No value for this allele was observed. Normally used with for 464e, 464f, and 464g.
Ordered. Data has been ordered and awaiting report from FTDNA.

Fast vs. Slow Mutating Alleles: The Alleles whose names are in red in the header row have been designated by FamilyTreeDNA as fast mutating. This means that, when comparing two kits, these alleles have less genealogical significance and figure less in determining if two kits have a family match.

DNA Comments :

The closest match in this project is 22257. 12/12 match, 24/25 match, and 36/37 match. The difference is at marker 458. This is considered a more rapidly mutating marker. FTDNA calculates this as a "1-step distance". According to FTDNA: "The probability of a close relationship is good, however your results show mutations, and therefore more time between you and the other same surnamed person."

The next closest match is 22104. 12/12 match, 24/25 match, and 35/37 match. The differences are at markers 458 and 460. FTDNA classifies this is as a “2-step distance”.

Note that 22257 is a “1-step distance” from 22104 at marker 460 for a 36/37 match.

The only other reasonably close match to 2626 within the group is 35120 with a 24/25 match. The difference is at marker 458.
